NEW OPERATION SYSTEMS
September 2023 saw the launch of our new operating system – POPs (Pattersons Operation Platform). As a whole, POPs has allowed Pattersons to leapfrog competitors and move into a new age of technology, efficiency and transparency. Since its launch, the customer service team have adapted to the new system and its ongoing upgrades to provide services and capabilities to new levels.
Insurer Build Connect was announced in January 2024, a platform designed to integrate all internal systems into a unified hub. This innovative solution allows our team seamless access to essential resources such as:
