Internal Promotion announcement – Matt Werner

Matt joined InsureBuild in October 2024 as a Building Supervisor and quickly made his mark by taking on larger, more complex projects with confidence. A standout moment was his deployment to Queensland to support the cyclone response—a proud and pivotal experience for him.

This promotion to Project Manager is a natural progression, reflecting Matt’s continued growth and strong performance. With a background in carpentry and site supervision, he’s gone from managing a few jobs a year to overseeing more than 20 projects at once—a milestone he’s proud of.

In his new role, Matt will lead construction, repair, and restoration projects across insurance, domestic, and commercial sectors.
