As we enter our next cycle of growth and innovation, the Pattersons team is pleased to announce that Sam Ratcliff has been promoted to the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Sam has been instrumental in driving and implementing our technology systems overhaul and has introduced new operating systems and platforms to enhance both our operational effectiveness and customer experience.
